The coast from the water
Our 52-foot cruiser, Mira Roo, departs from the marina ten minutes from the lobby. Half-day, sunset and full-day charters run the Broadwater and the southern islands — swimming off the stern, lunch on the deck, the skyline sliding past.
The charter is fully crewed and catered by the hotel kitchen: raw bar, grill, and a drinks list assembled by the sommelier. Up to ten guests; fishing, snorkelling and island stops by arrangement.

Depart the marina at four, the Broadwater glassing off as the heat drops. The skipper runs south past the islands while the deck crew sets the raw bar — oysters, prawns, something chilled from the cellar.
Anchor for the last light, swim if you're inclined, and turn for home as the tower lights come on. Dock to lobby in fifteen minutes.
