Use of this website
The website provides information about the resort and a means to make enquiries and bookings. You agree to use it lawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access, not to scrape or reproduce content, and not to submit false information through our forms. We may suspend access for misuse.
Bookings and rates
Bookings are confirmed only when we issue a confirmation — a submitted form or third-party reservation is a request, not a contract. Rates are quoted in AUD, include GST where applicable, and are subject to availability. We may cancel bookings made under obvious pricing error, with notice and full refund of any payment.
Payment, deposits and cancellation
Payment terms vary by rate:
- Flexible rates — card guarantee; cancellation free until 48 hours before arrival; first night charged on late cancellation or no-show
- Advance rates — prepaid, discounted, non-refundable
- Event and group bookings — deposit schedule per contract
- Peak periods — longer cancellation windows apply; shown at booking

Check-in, conduct and hotel rules
Check-in from 3pm; checkout by 11am; early/late by arrangement. Guests must be 18+ to enter gaming areas. The resort is non-smoking indoors. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests whose conduct endangers others or breaches the law — including intoxication, disorderly behaviour or gaming-law violations. Damage to property is charged to the registered guest.
Casino terms
Gaming is governed by Queensland law and our approved rules of play, available on request. Entry requires valid ID and compliance with our responsible-gaming code. We may refuse gaming service at our discretion, and excluded persons are not admitted. Disputes on the floor are resolved by the duty manager, with regulator escalation available.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for services is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect losses, events beyond our control, or third-party services booked through the concierge — which are provided by their operators under their own terms.
Intellectual property
Website content is our property or licensed to us. You may view, print and share content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Commercial reproduction requires written consent.
Changes and contact
