Ocean vs skyline: the view question
Ocean-facing suites watch the sunrise over the Pacific — morning people, photographers, anyone who finds an empty horizon calming. Skyline suites face Broadbeach's lights, which honestly give better night views: the city glows, the ocean just goes dark.
Our suggestion: ocean if you're a morning person or it's your first coast stay; skyline if your trip is built around evenings. You can't lose either way — the sunrise over water is the one people talk about.
When the penthouse earns it
The Penthouse Residence is 240 m² across two levels with a private internal lift, wraparound terrace, plunge spa, dining for eight and a dedicated butler. It earns its rate for occasions — proposals, milestone birthdays, hosting — and for guests who treat the room as the destination.

Ask yourself three things: will you be in the room by day (view matters), are you hosting anyone (space matters), and is this an occasion (butler matters). Three yeses is a penthouse. One is an ocean suite. None, honestly, is a deluxe room — which is still a very good room.
